Terms and Conditions for Shipping Services |

The terms and conditions for shipping services are set out as below and all customers are deemed to have read and accepted these terms before shopping at Tarazz.com. |

(1) |
Customs, Exports and Imports |
|
| |
TARAZZ may perform any of the following activities on 's behalf in order to provide its services to : (1) complete any documents, amend product or service codes, and pay any duties or taxes required under applicable laws and regulations, (2) act as 's forwarding agent for customs and export control purposes and as Receiver solely for the purpose of designating a customs broker to perform customs clearance and entry and (3) redirect the Shipment to Receiver's import broker or other address upon request by any person who TARAZZ believes in its reasonable opinion to be authorized. |

(2) |
Fixed Landed Price (Door to Door) |
|
|
All prices sold at Tarazz.com are at Fixed Landed Price (Door to Door). This include :
2.1. Product Cost
2.2. Shipping Cost – Domestic and International
2.3. Taxes – Domestic and International ( custom, GST etc )
2.4. Insurance Premium ( up to US$ 200 insured for each order)
2.5. Administrative costs for items that required Media Development Authority of Singapore or MDA’s clearance.
Excludes dutiable goods and import licenses for some goods. |

(3) |
Oversize Item |
|
| |
For those item above 5kg, we will charge $50.00 for every kg. This oversize item will be known after we have purchase from the merchant. Our CSO will inform you of the exact value and to be delivered upon payment of this additional charges. Please call us if you are not sure of the size of the item(s) before purchasing it.

(4) |
Unacceptable Shipments |
|

at Tarazz.com agrees that its Shipment is acceptable for transportation and is deemed unacceptable if:
- It is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), any applicable government department or other relevant organization e.g. US Export Controls.
- No customs declaration is made when required by applicable customs regulations; or
- TARAZZ decides it cannot transport an item safely or legally (such items include but are not limited to: animals, currency, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms, parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drug

(5) |
Deliveries & Undeliverable |
|
| |
Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Shipments are delivered to the Receiver's address given by , but not necessarily to the named Receiver personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area.
If Receiver refuses delivery or to pay for delivery, or the Shipment is deemed to be unacceptable, or it has been undervalued for customs purposes, or Receiver cannot be reasonably identified or located, TARAZZ shall use reasonable efforts to return the Shipment to Vendor at 's cost, failing which the Shipment may be released, disposed of or sold by TARAZZ without incurring any liability whatsoever to or anyone else, with the proceeds applied against service charges and related administrative costs.
We shall make reasonable effort to deliver the Item to Buyer within the stipulated delivery time frame indicated here from the date of full payment for the charges as notified to Buyer. High security addresses or addresses in more remote locations may require a longer delivery time. There will be no deliveries on Saturday afternoons, Sunday and gazetted public holidays. We shall however not be liable (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any delay in effecting delivery of such Items for whatever reasons.

Inspection |
|
| |
TARAZZ has the right to open and Inspect a Shipment without prior notice. |

|
(7) |
TARAZZ's Liability |
|
| |
TARAZZ contracts with on the basis that TARAZZ's liability is strictly limited to direct loss only. All other types of loss or damage are excluded (including but not limited to lost profits, income, interest, future business), whether such loss or damage is special or indirect, and even if the risk of such loss or damage was brought to TARAZZ's attention before or after acceptance of the Shipment since special risks can be insured by . For all items liability, once it is proven to be damaged or loss as a result of Tarazz’s shipping, the will be insured for up to US$ 200 per order. Claims are limited to one claim per Shipment settlement of which will be full and final settlement for all loss or damage in connection therewith. |

(8) |
Time Limits for Claims |
|
| |
Upon receipt of the Shipment or Item, Buyer are advised to check that the Item has been received in good order. For damaged or missing goods,all claims must be submitted in writing to TARAZZ within 2 hours from the time of receipt, failing which TARAZZ shall have no liability whatsoever. |
|

|
|
(9) |
Delayed Shipments |
|
| |
TARAZZ will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Shipment according to TARAZZ's regular delivery schedules, but these are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract. TARAZZ is not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays. |

|
(10) |
Shipment Return / Goods Refund |
|
| |
We shall not in any way be involved or concerned with any claim for refund, return, rebate or exchange of Buyer Item(s) in the Shipment. For all such Item(s), Buyer will need to liaise and deal directly with the Merchant for any refunds, returns, exchange, rebates and money-back guarantee policy and/or procedures. All refund, returns, exchange, rebates and money-back guarantee policies and procedure will be in accordance to the Merchant’s policies and procedures.
For return of Item or exchange, Buyer will need to provide his own arrangement to send the Item back to the Merchant, and at Buyer own cost.and pay for the subsequent charges in order to have the Item returned to the local mailing/delivery address as specified by Buyer.

(11) |
Circumstances beyond TARAZZ's control |
|
| |
TARAZZ is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond TARAZZ's control. These include but are not limited to Act of God" e.g. earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog; "Force Majeure" ¨C e.g. war plane crash or embargo; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of the Shipment, even if known to TARAZZ; riot or civil commotion; any act or emission by a person not employed or contracted by TARAZZ e.g. , Receiver, third party, customs or other government official; industrial action; and electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photographic images, data or recordings.

(12) |
Customer's Warranties and Indemnity |

| |
Customers shall indemnify and hold TARAZZ harmless for any loss or damage arising out of customer's failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations and for 's breach of the following warranties and representations:
- All information provided by or its representatives is complete and accurate
- Customer's vendor employed reliable staff to prepare the Shipment
- The Shipment is properly marked and addressed and packed to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling
- All applicable customs, import, export and other laws and regulations have been complied with; and
- The purchase have been signed by Customer's authorized representative and the Terms and Conditions constitute binding and enforceable obligations of customers.

(13) |
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction |
|
| |
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. If Buyer are not a resident in Singapore, by registering as a member, Buyer agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to Buyerr membership and use of the services. Buyer accept and agree that both Buyer and we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore in respect of any dispute arising out of and/or in connection with these terms and conditions. |
